Keep It Real Properties is a tailor-made and leading commercial and industrial property consulting firm. KIRP is a proudly 100% black owned and managed business within it's sector.

We are based in Johannesburg and our services are offered nationally as well as throughout Africa.

Over the years we have engaged with and built many valuable relationships within the listed and unlisted property space. We also offer our professional services to institutional investors, fund managers, financial institutions as well as the public sector namely National, Provincial and Local Government.

We are committed as a team to developing sustainable and valuable long-term relationships with our clients and we strive daily to meet their requirements as well as their business goals.

Keep It Real Properties is led by Jody Moore, a dynamic and passionate property practitioner who is also its Principal and founding Director.

Jodys background and track record in real estate stems back some 15 years with a trusted reputation including senior roles in property development, property asset management as well as property management. He holds a number of recognised qualifications in the real estate sector namely: Property Development Programme (PDP) - SAPOA, Property Management Programme (PMP) - SAPOA, National Certificate in Real Estate (NQF 5) - EAAB, National Certificate Auctioneering Support Services (NQF 4) - ATASA, Green Star SA Accredited Professional Course (GBCSA) amongst many others.

He is a lover of sports and enjoys golf, soccer and cycling. He enjoys travelling with his family both locally and abroad.

Keep It Real Properties started trading in 2012 is registered with the Estate Agency Affairs Board of South Africa. Other memberships include: SAPOA, SACSC,SAIBPP,SAFMA,GBCSA.
